Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The item arrived damaged
• The product is defective

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after product verification. Refunds may be issued through:

• EasyPaisa / JazzCash
• Store Credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
